We collect:

- Financial data is not stored on our servers.
- To fulfill subscriptions, personalize services, and send marketing (opt-out anytime).
- Shared only with essential partners (delivery/logistics) or for legal compliance.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of non-essential data within 30 days.
- Deletion excluded for active subscriptions or legal records (e.g., 7-year financial retention).
- If Elythian Loom cannot fulfill your monthly service, we may cancel your subscription and issue a 50% refund.
50% refund if canceled ≤1 days; no refunds thereafter.
- No refunds for:
- Client-unavailable pickups (≥3 attempts)
- Minor delays (<24 hours)
- Exceeded garment limits
Claims require photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
- No liability for:
- Pre-existing damage (noted at pickup).
- Delicates (silk/lace) without "Premium Care" add-on.
- Leather, suede, or items >₹20,000 value.
Renewal & Cancellation
- Monthly auto-renewal at ₹3,999 (40 garments/week).
- Cancel anytime via portal; requires 5-day notice before billing cycle.
- One pause/month allowed (min. 7 days) for travel.
- 40 pieces/week. Excess charged at ₹60/piece.
We may terminate subscriptions for:
- Staff harassment.
- Violation of garment policies.
- We reserve the right to unilaterally modify any policy, pricing, or terms without prior notice.
- Changes become effective immediately upon website posting.
