Elythian Loom we provides premium weekly laundry services through a subscription model designed for discerning clients. Our service includes meticulous care for up to 40 garments per weekly collection, utilizing eco-friendly detergents, artisanal folding techniques, and door-to-door concierge logistics. By subscribing, you ("the Member") agree to these terms, which prioritize both exceptional service and operational flexibility for our brand .
- Monthly Fee: ₹3,999 per month, payable in advance via automated billing.
- Garment Allowance: 40 pieces per weekly collection. Additional pieces billed at ₹60/item.
- Service Window: One weekly collection/delivery per 7-day cycle, scheduled via our app or portal.
- Billing Adjustments: Final charges may reflect:
- Excess garments beyond 40-piece limit
- Special treatment fees (e.g., stubborn stain care, delicate fabric handling)
- Redelivery fees for missed appointments (₹500 per instance)
- Scheduling: company set weekly slots according to them. No Changes is allowed from customer side.
- Rescheduling: No rescheduling
- Item Restrictions: We reserve the right to refuse:
- Items exceeding ₹25,000 in value (declare high-value items at booking)
- Hazardous materials, leather/suede without prior approval, or household linens
- Unlabeled garments or items with compromised integrity
- Member Cancellations:
- Full subscription cancellation requires 15-day written notice. No prorated refunds for partial months.
- Same-day cancellations forfeit that week’s service credit.
- Company Cancellations: We may cancel for:
- Repeated missed pickups (3+ instances)
- Safety concerns (e.g., abusive behavior, unsafe locations)
- Non-payment or fraudulent billing
- Refund Policy: None for unused weeks. Service pauses (e.g., travel) require 7-day notice.
- Quality Commitment: Garments processed using luxury-grade methods. However:
- Pre-existing damage (weak seams, fading, undisclosed stains) is not covered.
- "Owner’s risk" applies to unlabeled items or items with embellishments (beads/sequins) .
- Liability Limit: Maximum claim per item is 10x its cleaning fee (capped at ₹2,500). High-value items require pre-approval .
- Loss/Damage Claims: Must be filed within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
- No-Show Policy:
Missed pickups/deliveries incur ₹500 redelivery fees. Persistent no-shows (≥3) trigger subscription review.
- Unattended Leave: Members may opt for contactless delivery but assume full risk for left items .
- Storage & Disposal: Unclaimed items >90 days will be donated or discarded .
- Service Interruptions: Not liable for delays/cancellations due to floods, strikes, or events beyond our control .
- Terms Updates: We may revise terms with 30-day email notice. Continued use implies acceptance.
- Privacy: Member data (contact, payment details) is encrypted and never sold. Used solely for service optimization .
- Brand Rights: "Elythian Loom" trademarks and digital assets (app, website) are proprietary. Unauthorized replication is prohibited.
- Jurisdiction: Disputes governed by Indian law, with arbitration in Mumbai as the first recourse .
- Class Action Waiver: Members may only pursue claims individually.
